The plant is promoted by a team of qualified, successful entrepreneurs who have already strong base in the manufacturing of refractory. Largest presence in the refractory application services across India in contributing to build major Integrated Steel Plants. Having a complete understanding of the refractory and ceramics, being present in the market already in manufacture and application services of refractory, the promoters have dedicated this plant to cater the requirements and provide solutions to the industry in the region.

Our Strength:
Being located in the mineral producing state, and having the best mines of the highest purity Silica in the proximity to the plant, gives us a significant advantage, compared to the others. Zain minerals having the processing unit is mostly automated, low man power and unit is furnished with heavy duty magnets, i.e. above 6000 gauss power, so that the final product has no Iron content in it. Iron
content in the refractory causes immense damage to the furnace.
Plant Location:
Plant is situated in village Talakondapalli, Mehaboobnagar Dist., which is just 30 kms away from the Hyderabad - Bangalore Highway. Well connected by road and rail, located in the heart of the mineral belt.
Infrastructure:
Our mineral processing plant is equipped with the latest equipments to eliminate all types of impurities. Our multiple stage screening systems, rare earth magnets, involving rotary, vibratory, make the product with the optimum particle size
distribution.
Mines of high quality Quartzite is tied up to the extent of 10 hectares on long term and also in the process of acquiring own mines to cater the complete life of the plant. This will give assured and un interrupted high quality raw material to the plant, which gives an edge over the competitors both in quality, quantity, scheduled delivery, cost advantage etc.
